Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by us. It can therefore take up to 5 working days for your piece of jewelry to be shipped. Thank you for your patience!

As soon as your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

- If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and the original shipping costs.

RETURNS

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The refund will be made using the payment method you originally selected.

- Please contact us in advance by email to register your return.
- Make sure the jewelry is still in its original condition.
- Jewelery that is damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be taken back.
- Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
- The cost of the return label must be borne by the buyer.

Jewelry care tips
Follow the care instructions below to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible:
- Take off your jewelry before contact with water, sports and sauna
- Be careful with body lotion, perfume & Co.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place
- Use a microfiber/polishing cloth for cleaning
- Freshwater pearls get their most natural shine the more often they come into contact with your skin and are worn by you.
MATERIALS
Material Notes
Our clasps and other gold and silver details are made of 100% stainless steel. Please note that even stainless steel can discolour over time if it comes into contact with a lot of water, chlorine or salt water. This is a normal process and not a reason for complaint.
We only use genuine freshwater pearls, sourced from freshwater pearl farms
be bred. Because pearls are a natural product, each pearl is
unique in shape, color and size. The uploaded photos are only reference images.
